Mexican Rice

Ingredients

  • 1kg Basmati Rice
  • 150g Tomato Puree (double concentrate)
  • 2tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1tbsp Ancho Powder
  • 1tbsp Oregano
  • 1tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1tbsp Cumin
  • 1.5tbsp Salt
  • 1tsp MSG

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients except rice with water. Bring total liquid volume to 1950ml. (Blender max is 1.5L so add 450ml)
  2. Put rice in rice cooker, add liquid, and mix well.
  3. Seal rice cooker lid with tinfoil. Turn on and set to COOK
