Ingredients

Jalapeño

White onion

Lime juice

Xanthan gum

Crushed Tomatillos
Method:
Take stems off Jalapeños, quarter onions, add garlic and add all to a 1/2 gastro. Add some oil and a little salt and coat ingredients
Bake ingredients at 220c until well charred
Remove from oven. Add Tomatillos, salt, lime juice and Xanthan gum (dissolved in oil). Blend all ingredients thoroughly.
