Mango & Habanero Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1000g Mango
  • 0 Habanero Peppers
  • 150g White onion, chopped
  • 6cloves Garlic
  • 200ml White vinegar
  • 120ml Water
  • 3tbsp Agave syrup
  • 1tsp Allspice (heaped)
  • 0.75tsp Ground cumin
  • 2tsp Ground ginger
  • 2tsp Salt
  • 1tsp Xanthan gum (dissolved in oil)

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients well, apart from Xanthan gum
  2. Dissolve Xanthan gum in oil then blend well with salsa
